Enterprise Synergy and Strategic Planning
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic plan and long-range goals of the Enterprise organization including researching market conditions and developments.
- Develop and monitor strategic initiative and projects across BU’s, subsidiaries/cross-functional or individually in order to get Enterprise’s objectives.
- Support the formulation of the company’s strategy based on risk and opportunity assessment, clear issue identification and comprehensive analyses
- Develop the business strategy and collaborate with BU’s, subsidiaries and commercial functions Enterprise’s objective
- Analyses the performance of the company’s and BU’s, subsidiaries business portfolio and identify new opportunities for growth
- Perform the development of business cases to support the decision-making of the new strategic initiatives
- Collaborate and help align within BU’s subsidiaries strategy
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in the fields of Business, Marketing, or Industry-related; MBA or a master degree is highly preferred
- Minimal 5 years of working experience with 3 years of experience from consulting companies or strategy/ management consulting experience or Enterprise synergy and Planning strategy experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly comfortable in a ambiguous environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience of business planning and budgeting
