1. Supply Chain Manager

What you will do :

• Create a supply chain strategy and ensure the fulfillment of stock
• Maintain inventory control and resolve any supply chain issues

What you need :

• A Bachelor Degree (any major) with minimal GPA 3.30
• Strong knowledge about Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Inventory Control
• Have an experience in the related field preferably from Manufacture Company

2. IT Manager

What you will do :

• Maintain system development for Cafe Excelso infrastructure
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software problems (if necessary)
• Purchase the reliability and functionality of hardware and software systems
• Manage and optimize the POS system at Cafe Excelso
• Control inventory and IT equipment in all Excelso Cafes (orders, tracking, and budgeting)
• Involved in digital marketing activities, budget management, and planning and upgrading new technology

We are looking for you, who :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Systems / Technology Information / related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Experienced in SAP B-1
• Have experience in IT management, specifically in the restaurant or cafe industry.
• Have knowledge of IT Systems, software, and hardware and best practice in cyber security
• Have experience in managing budget and vendor management

3. Market Research Supervisor

What you do :

• Execute, monitor and evaluate the research process (internal/external)
• Maintain the timeline and evaluate the research process (qualitative/quantitative)
• Analyze consumer research databases, both internal and external (Nielsen retail audit database)
• Collect consumer data and market research from various sources
• Create and deliver the results of market analysis properly

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor (S1) from any major with GPA minimum 3.00
• Have experience 2 years as market research analyst from FMCG Industry
• Excellent to operate Ms. Excel
• Have knowledge of software Nielsen
