1. Quality Control Staff

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap bahan baku kopi asalan
• Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi
• Melakukan dokumentasi hasil pengujian

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal SMA (IPA) atau SMK (Agribisnis Pertanian/Teknologi Pangan)
  Memiliki pengalaman sebagai QC dalam bidang industri makanan dan minuman
• Bersedia untuk training selama 6 bulan di Lampung
• Penempatan Jember & Temanggung

2. Packaging Graphic Designer

Job Description :

• Advise and create best practices and optimization troughout design projects for logo, packaging, print, & digital
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible & ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Keep up with the development of style and design innovation

Job Qualification :

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Creative Multimedia/ any relevant majors
• Expert in using design application software (AI, Photoshop, Corel etc)
• Have experience in Graphics Design at FMCG or Creative Agency
• Placement Head Office, Jakarta

3. Supply Chain & Finance Analyst

Job Description :

• Develop blueprint of Oracle EBS application and conduct testing
• Troubleshoot any issue in Oracle EBS
• Coordinate with key stakeholders in designing new application or improving existing application

Job Qualification :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information System/Technology Information/Accounting Information System/Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
• Have 1 year experience
• Expert in using Oracle EBS
• Extensive knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL is preferred
• Placement Head Office, Jakarta

4. UI/UX Designer

Job Description :

• Develop a design concept for the application of each subsidiary company
• Create designs, prototypes, UI/UX wireframes for each application on websites, forms and mobile applications
• Create UI elements for each applications
• Evaluate or test UI/UX applications before go launch

Job Qualification :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information System/Technology Information/Visual Communication Design (DKV)/Graphic Design with minimum GPA 3.00
• 2 year experience
• Expert in using sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Invision Studio, Maze
• Extensive knowledge of using Balsamiq, Figma, Whimiscal
• Experience in usability factors in human-computer interaction
• Understand of web/mobile front end programming languages: HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, Flutter (will be a plus)

5. Mobile Application Developer

Job Description :

• Develop mobile applications and implementation of a mobile access security system
• Token system implementation for mobile applications
• Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
• Identify malfunctions or troubleshooting issue for mobile applications

Job Qualification :

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Information System or Technology Information with minimum GPA 3.00
• Expert in create cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin and Flutter
• Have experience 2 years in REST API and implementing using AWS API Gateway
• Extensive knowledge of HTTP concept (session, cookie, content delivery, HTTP methods)
• Placement Head Office, Jakarta

6. Supply Chain Manager

Job Description :

• Create a supply chain strategy and ensure the fulfillment of stock
• Maintain inventory control and resolve any supply chain issues

Job Qualification :

• A Bachelor Degree (any major) with minimal GPA 3.30
• Strong knowledge about Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Inventory Control
• Have an experience in the related field preferably from Manufacture Company

7. Brand Coordinator

Job Description :

• Executive Marketing Strategy and create marketing plan
• Discover insight and analyze surveys on new market trends and consumer behaviors
• Coordinate with agencies to implement activities of brand promotion
• Conduct brand health tracking and ensure brand positioning and brand performance
• Suggest brand promotion ideas to boost brand awareness

Job Qualification :

• A Bachelor Degree (any major) with minimal GPA 3.00
• Strong knowledge about the concept of Brand Management, and Market Research Data
• Have an experience in creating promotion strategy (ATL & BTL)

Job Description :
