1. Operations Specialist Staff
Job Description :
- Review effectiveness of risk management plans and resources for transport execution
- Identify strategic priorities of each spesific transport link in development of plans
- Anticipate emerging transport operations parameters to determine future resource requirements
- Develop the strategic positioning of transportation operation process within warehousing or freight forwarding operations
- Review incident or crisis management plans to mitigate gaps and review cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost, and efficiency
- Review bussines processes improvement solutions to deterime effective, engage senior management for buy-in to implement solutions identified and manage overall transportation operations
- Maintain and develop vendor management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Having more than 1 year of experience as a Operation Specialist is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- You must data driven and have resilience to succeed in this role
- Wiling to be placed in South Jakarta and full WFO
2. HR Staff
Job Description :
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for large-scale employees, including salary adjustments, service charges, contracts, etc
- Administer employee benefit programs, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and leave policies
- Educate employees on benefit programs, answer inquiries, and resolves any benefits-related issues
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify industry specific trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and other industry-specific regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits
Qualifications :
- Having experience as a HR Generalist at least 1 year, experience as a HR GA or HR Payroll Internship are welcome to apply
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Familiarly maintain HRIS for employee database
- Accustomed to maintaining confidential data
- Willing to be place in South Jakarta
