Risk & Compliance Officer
Responsibilities :
- Identify the regulations that are relevant for the existing and new business line for the company to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and standards expected by the local regulators.
- Follow up on fraud events to be sanctioned or undergo legal proceedings.
- Continuously working closely with all Eden Farm business units and/or Internal Audit to identify operational risks in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements e.g. Key Risk Indicators, introduce the corresponding controls and monitor its implementation.
- Observe and assess the existing condition in Business Transaction and providing recommendation to area of improvement based on the agreed Policy, Framework and Guidelines.
- Perform a regular update to the Policy, Framework, Contract Procedure as well as other documents to be able to accomodate any changes as well as new threats and vulnerabilities for the company.
- Develop a clear baseline for the Eden Farm Business in a Policy, Framework, Contract as well as other documents by considering the Regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree any mayor.
- At least 2 year of working experience in related field
- Have a background in Banking or Financial company is a plus
- Excellent team work, communication, presentation, Ms.excel, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with COSO Framework is a plus
- Excellent working speed, well organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed in EdenFarm Jakarta (Lippo St. Moritz, West Jakarta)
