Saat ini TRANS7 beroperasi berdasarkan Izin Penyelenggaraan Penyiaran Nomor 1820 Tahun 2016 tanggal 13 Oktober 2016 yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia, sebagai bagian dari kelompok media yang berada dalam naungan CT Corp.
TRANS7 menjadi televisi pilihan pemirsa Indonesia dengan positioning Smart, Entertaining & Family. Dalam perjalanannya sampai dengan saat ini, siaran kami telah tersebar di 29 provinsi di Indonesia. Sebanyak 40 stasiun transmisi telah beroperasi untuk memperluas jangkauan siaran secara nasional dan dioperasikan oleh sumber daya setempat.

1. Account Executive
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Marketing and Business
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Having good ability in presentation and negotiation skill
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having ability to work in fast-paced environment, assertive, and energetic
2. Floor Director
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have an interest in attracting audience
- Good communication skill, energetic, and able to work under pressure
3. Unit Talent
Requirement :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Having good interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Have an experience in the same field is an advantage
4. Content Creator
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Broadcast or Communication
- Minimum 1 year experience in TV Production or related area
- Able to bring creative ideas to live on screen
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter that enjoys working collaboratively
- Able to work to tight deadlines
5. Recruitment
Requirement :
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a good understanding of psychological tools and recruitment methodology
- Good analytical thinking
- Have an experince on recruitment Minimum 1 year is an advantage
- Assertive, energetic, able to work in fast paced environment
6. Training
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree from any majors
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Having passion for people development
- Have an experince minimum 2 years in training and development is an advatage
- Assertive, energetic, having ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Having Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
7. On-Air Presentation
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Engineering
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Good communication skill, initiative, have good analysis skill, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work in shift
- Assertive, energetic, Having Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Having good interpersonal and Communication Skills
8. Information Technology
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Information Technology
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Have a good skill in IT programming, network, hardware, or front end
- Having ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Have an experience min. 1 year in the same field is an advantage
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
9. Video Editor
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Information Technology / Broadcasting
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Have basic skill and knowledge of editing
- Willing to work in shifts
