Junior Merchandiser Staff
Job Description :
- Monitoring OTB (On Time Buying), production process, pricing, promotion and allocating product for all store (online & offline including Event/Bazaar)
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to conceptualize, develop and launch new products
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and work closely with suppliers to source materials, negotiate prices, ensure timely delivery, sample product including process payment to vendor
- Assist with quality control product
- Analyze pricing strategies, market competition, and cost structures to determine optimal pricing for products
- Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standars
Requirements :
- Candidate should hae 2+ years experience as a Merchandising
- Experience in working in merchandising of the garment manufacturing industry or retail fashion
- Intermediate level of Ms Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, SUMIF, etc)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing process, production techniques, and quality control procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Monitoring production timelines to ensure orders are produced and shipped within the agreed-upon leadtimes
