1. Customer Service
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Memberikan informasi mengenai produk dan jasa Bank kepada nasabah
- Memberikan solusi sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah
- Menangani keluhan dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan dari nasabah, serta melindungi citra bank
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal D3 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai frontliner di Perbankan
- Memiliki motivasi tinggi, dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan dan dapat bekerja dengan tim
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Teliti dan service oriented
- Dapat menggunakan komputer
2. Centralized Policy and Procedure Specialist
General Responsibilities :
- Create Bank’s operational policies and procedures related to core banking system or manuals
- Have good knowledge in Credit/Treasury
- Monitor and review Bank’s internal regulations related to core banking system or manuals periodically
- Monitor and review Bank’s internal regulations which has been submitted by each Divisions
- Follow up and ask for opinions to reviewer units regarding internal regulations which has been submitted by product owners
- Socialize the renewal of internal regulations through media which has been determined
- Liaise with Human Capital Division to carry out training which related to policies and procedures
- Carry out report which has been instructed by direct superior
- Assist the operation support in dormant account activation transactions
Requirements :
- Have minimum 3 (three) years of experience as Branch operational team and handle operational transactions.
- Have minimum 3 (three) years in handling Credit/Treasury
- Education minimum Bachelor (S1)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel) and Visio
- Good ability in English (verbal & written)
- Able to multi-task and work in team
- Able to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
- Good in data-analysis
- Good communication skills, accurate and attention-to-details person
3. Planning Section Head (General Service Division)
General Responsibilities :
- Monitor the validity period of all branch and head office rental agreements
- Assist in planning the development, relocation and closing of branch offices according to the request of the business/management department
- Assist in the sale and purchase of head office building assets
- Assist, supervise, monitor the process and coordinate with related departments so that the planning can be realized according to the specified target
- Monitor the availability and use of the planning budget to be effective & efficient
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years experience as Planning Section Head in General Service Division, from Banking industry will be an advantage
- Education minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in related major
- Understand civil in general and detail oriented person
- Fluent in English both verbal & written
- Good communication skill, able to communicate with external parties
4. IT Auditor (Security & Governance)
Responsibilities :
- Carry out audit work program in line with Internal Audit work plan
- Execute audit and evaluation in IT section independently in accordance with work program which has been approved by department head and division head
- Carry out desk audit and report to IT Audit Department Head
- Finalize and provide the final audit report to the auditee
- Ensure the audit findings has been followed up and realized by the auditee
Requirements :
- Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in IT
- Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience as IT Auditor in Banking industry
- Possess risk management certification at minimum level 1
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Good understanding in COBIT, MRTI, SDLC, IT Security and Operation of the Bank
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
- Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)
5. Treasury Sales
Responsibilities :
- Carry out buy/sell transaction of treasury products with customer to support the achievement of target that has been set by management
- To record every treasury product transaction in the recording system
- Provide information on exchange/prices of treasury products to the customer, branch, and other related work units
- Monitor the report of treasury product transactions with customers that been booked by the branch
- Perform administrative activities related to customer’s treasury product transaction
- Carry out marketing activities of treasury products to the customers, including branch visit to all area of Indonesia
- Support the customers’ needs for treasury products
- Perform tasks in line with prudential banking practices, Indonesian Banking code of ethics, and market code of ethics
- Carry out incidental tasks as required by superior
- Responsible for every transaction already performed corresponding with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements :
- Candidate should possess at least Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or any related major, with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4
- Have 3 years of working experience as Treasury Sales
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Communicative and able to work both individually or together in a team
- Detail-oriented, discipline, and strong integrity person
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline(s)
- Possesses the appropriate level of Treasury certification
6. Corporate Funding Manager
Responsibilities :
- Initiating contact with potential clients to introduce Jtrust products or services
- Growing AUM of funding specific on CASA and TD
- Reviewing client contracts to ensure they comply with our standards or internal policies
- Preparing reports on project status and client interaction details, such as meetings held, calls made, and emails sent
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and recommend solutions based on our products or services
- Providing clients with information about new products or services that may be of interest to them
- Coordinating with other members of the marketing team to develop strategic plans for increasing awareness of a company’s brand among target audiences
- Developing proposals for new potential client to get more funding growth
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years as Corporate Funding from Banking industry
- Education minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in related major
- Understand Banking regulations and operational
- Possess risk management certification will be an advantage
- Have wide potential customer database
