2. Corporate Secretary – Office of the Board

Job Descriptions :
- Schedule BOD/BOC meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting
- Liaise with OJK Banking Supervision to coordinate on any process relating to BOD and.or BOC matters
- Coordinate incoming letters handling in the bank to be recorded, distributed to related parties and help to monitor regularly
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in the banking industry with exposure to corporate secretary roles in handling BoD/BoC
- English fluent (verbal and written) is a must
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Good integrity and punctual person
- Able to work in team and individual
- Willing to go business trip out of town frequently and work outside the regular office hour
3. Operational Risk Officer

General Responsibilities :
- Review Policies & SOPs related to Risk Management, Operational, IT, and BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
- Prepare RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessment) of every Divisions and Branches, and compile it with Bankwide RCSA
- Review business proposal of new activities and products
Requirements :
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Solid work experience in Risk Management at minimum 2 years
- Proficient in Ms. Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Proficient in English (written & verbal)
- Fast learning & able to multitask
- Good analysis and communication skill
- Able to work in a team or individually
