HRBP ANALYST (SUPERVISOR)

Role Purpose :

  • HRBP Analyst having primary purpose to implement the organization’s human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. They also need to direct HR programs to ensure the organization’s current and future HR requirements are met. These programs may include: recruitment; training, development; compensation/remuneration; performance evaluation; organizational development; employee movement; HR administration; HR information systems; payroll; employee communications; employment/industrial relations/labor relations. In the context of specific factory, they need to support HRBP Manager Manufacturing East to implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization’s overall HR strategy. Her/His scopes & objectives are :

  • Advising & managing individual/team based issues and change agenda
  • Data driven insights
  • Talent attraction and retention (Supervisor and below roles)
  • Maintain stable IR/ER climate and driving high performance culture & engagement

About You :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from national reputable university with preferable major: Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years in HR function and minimum 3 years as HR Supevisor with strong understanding about HR processes and principles
  • Having CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) is preferable
  • Familiar with factory base environment
