X-Star 2024 – Development Program (IT and Technology)

1. IT Strategy Planning & Architecture

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business/IT Analyst, research methodology or service consultant

Job Description :

• To support the regular update regarding IT/technology innovation trend and competition landscape
• To support the perform screening and identification of new technology innovation in network and IT area based on business analysis and feasibility assessments with regards to costs, resources
• To support the implementation of IT technology planning key programs align with XL business objective
• To support the monitoring process of IT Key Programs implementation

2. Network Planning & Design

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/informatics/Telecommunication.
• Experience as a Project Manager in an Internet Service Provider company
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and target-oriented mindset.
• Knowledgeable in implementing Project Management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.

Job Description :

• Coordinate with teams in the implementation of policies and rules for each team.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Business and other project stakeholders.
• Initiate problem-solving initiatives.
• Identify and resolve potential project issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, specifications, and schedule.
• Familiar with FTTH business and project design
• Negotiate with any stakeholder or building property owners to obtain operating permission.

3. Program Management

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree from Information System/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• Android Developer
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming languages for Android development.
• Experience with Android Studio and the Android SDK.
• Knowledge of Android UI design principles and best practices.
• Full-Stack Developer
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for communication with backend services.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot (Java), Flask (Python) and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for database management and querying.
• Experience with database management systems (DBMS) such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
• Machine Learning
• Experience with Computer Vision libraries, e.g. OpenCV, and able to do image processing tasks such as image filtering and feature detection.
• Experience with Tesseract, Tensorflow or Google ML Kit.
• Experience with OCR models is a plus.
• Experience with geospatial analysis libraries like GeoPandas, Shapely, and Pyproj and being able to do tasks such as create geometric objects, spatial relationships, and coordinate transformations is a plus.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.

5. Technology Strategy & Assurance

Requirement :

Requirement :

• Working in collaboration with internal & external IT operations stakeholders, to ensure all the action plans for implementing upgrades and integrations are well implemented

• Support the leader on designing and implementing network systems to meet the business needs of an organization.

• Work with different parts of the business (commercial strategy team, geo-marketing, customer operations, etc.) and provide analytical assets using big data, machine learning, and visualization tools.
• Design and develop algorithms to gain insights from big data and to identify new data-driven products and services with working knowledge of primarily using Big Data & Analytics tools, e.g., IBM SPSS, R, Python, Hadoop, Hive, Spark.

Requirements :

• Experience in an online/digital subscription business or e-commerce is preferable
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital trends
• Experienced in tracking campaign performance and pulling insights from campaigns
• Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
• Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tool is a bonus
• Ability to analyze data, interpret and present meaningful stories

Requirement :
