Superintendent Equipment and Maintenance

Job Overview :

• Plan, schedule and implement preventive, proactive, and need-based maintenance to ensure equipment availability and system reliability
• Manage the operation and maintenance of roating equipment, including separation, gas conditioning, compression, turbine generators, and wellhead systems
• Ensure compliance with ONGC recommended standard operating procedures and policies
• Review and maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)/SAP for scheduling jobs, generating reports, managing inventory, and record keeping
• Prepare standard operating procedures, task risk assessments, and permit to work (PTW) systems
• Coordinate with satelite platforms for mechanical maintenance activities
• Implement change management initiatives
• Act as on area authority for departemental activities as delegated by Leads
• Maintain good housekeeping in the mechanical workshop
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operation
• Plan and execute monthly work plans
• Lead a team of technicians and contractors to deliver work plans

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas
• Minimum Senior High School (Electrical or relevant)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with SOPs, RCM, TBM, PdM, CBM, RCA, and Familiarity with CMMS/SAP systems
