1. STRATEGIC PLANNING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Minimum GPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 MBA or CFA designation is preferred
• Minimum 6 years experience in strategic planning roles, preferably in the industrial/property management industry or related sectors
• Possesses strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Micrososft Office
• Have good AKHLAK core values
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Understand Indonesia financial regulations accounting standards and corporate governance practices
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actioable insights nd recommendations
• Proven track record of driving results, managing projects and influencing decision making

2. STRATEGIC PLANNING & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance Accounting, Business Administration or relted field. Minimum GPA 3.00 on a scale of 4.00. MBA or CFA designation is preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in strategic planning roles, preferably in the industrial/property management industry or relted ectors
• Possesses strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsft Office
• Have good AKHLAK core values
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
• Undrstand Indonesian financial regulations accounting standards and coporate governance practices
• Ability to translate finance analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
• Proven track record of driving result, managing projects and influencing decision making
