Human Capital FGDP (Fresh Graduate Development Program)
Requirements :
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Placement : Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang
Will be developed to be able to :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Identify training needs and work with internal and external trainers to deliver effective training sessions.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in the HRIS.
- Assist in the development and implementation of various Human Capital initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HC projects and events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Human Capital department.
