What will you do :

Ensuring that the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks while effectively managing governance processes.
Maintaining transparent communication between the board of directors, executive leadership, governance, and shareholders.
Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in law
Experienced for at least 1 year in this field (excluding secretary to director).
Fresh Graduates from reputable university are welcome to apply
Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and relevant laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
