- 18 – 20 August 2025 (Selection and screening process by the PaxOcean Talent Acquisition Team)
- 21 – 25 August 2025 (Invitation will be sent only to selected candidates to attend the written test and interview)
- 28 – 29 August 2025 (2 days onsite written test and interview session at PPNS)
- 30 – 31 August 2025 (2 days onsite written test and interview session at ITS)
- 2 – 3 September 2025 (2 days onsite written test and interview session at UNHAS)
Guidelines For Test and Interview :
Only selected candidates will be invited via email to attend and participate in the onsite written test and interview. Please arrive as per the schedule, wearing black and white attire.
Bring the stationery and following documents :
- Blue Pen
- Personal Photo (3×4 with blue background)
- Updated CV
- Copy of Educational Certificate (if available)
- Copy of Academic Transcript
- Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
- Copy of Achievement Certificates (if any)
- Any supporting documents in 1 Envelope (Brown Envelope)
