1. Ticketing Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Process ticket bookings via online systems or in-person transactions
- Handle payment processing, refunds, and exchanges following company policies
- Provide detailed information on schedules, pricing, and event rules
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and ticketing issues
- Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash and card payments
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Proficiency in using ticketing software systems
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures
- Peasant personality with great hospitality atittude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challengin situations
2. Guest Service Agent
Job Descriptions :
- Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Provide information about Aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests
- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Experienced as tour guide will be advantage
- Pleasant personality with great hospitality atittude
- Ability to communicate in English
- Maintain high quality of service and timely execution
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

3. Marketing Communication
Job Descriptions :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Executive at Jakarta Aquarium. The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to marketing activities, partnership, event, campaign, brand awareness, etc
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Have experienced minimum 2 years in marketing planning and execution work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the leisure and entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to work in team and individually, creative and high standards of professionalism and result-oriented
