1. Ticketing Staff

Job Description :

• Process ticket bookings via online systems or in-person transactions
• Handle payment processing, refunds, and exchanges following company policies
• Provide detailed information on schedules, pricing, and event rules
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and ticketing issues
• Generate daily sales reports and reconcile cash and card payment

Requirements :

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent
• One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Proficiency in using ticketing software systems
• Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures
• Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

2. Sales Executive

Job Description :

• Identify opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry research and analyzing options
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, dan research while recommending new opportunities to improve profits and services
• Identify product improvements or current products by industry trends, market activities, and competitors
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review professional publication and estabilishing professional network
• Contribute to the effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree Marketing or any related major
• Minimum 1 years experience in field same
• Experienced in Edutainment, Theme Park, resorts, or 4 stars hotel is prioritized
• Able to speak English
• Ability to foster relationships with various parties (Networking)
• Can operate a computer (minimum ms Office and HR system)
